Do you guys think with the break before next CC round that it provides an opportunity to be brave with the top order selection when they get back into it? Perhaps players in form from the one dayers....

Who would you keep in? They've looked really stale this season. Is it time to prepare for next year and try a few new faces?

NO, our first priority is to concentrate on this season and ensure we avoid relegation before we start worrying about next year. Not the time to chuck in inexperienced and untried youngsters.

Eski is not worth his place in the CC with an average after 15 innings of 13.5 highest score 37 with our number 10 or 11 Ethan averaging 18
Surely bring in Cracknell or White

It's nearly six weeks to our next CC game, bit early to be picking the side just yet. Eski, as well as Piet, have plenty of opportunities to regain their form and confidence before then

I hope they do but if they are still swinging at air and averaging next to nothing then do you make a change. What is experience if it doesn't have end product? I think we are seeing with England that a lack of cut throat attitude to poor form.... 'they'll come good'.... has contributed to lost ashes. Potts not given a go, tongue looked great and discarded, dawson gonna missed at the oval for sure...

I think we're talking batters here rather than bowlers and we all know luck plays a tremendous part in how you perform. I'm not saying persevere at all costs but the idea of experimentation for the sake of it isn't the way to go. With Max and Eski away at The 100 Davies. White,Cracknell, Fernandes and perhaps others will get opportunities in the 50 over competition and if their performances justify it of course they should be considered for selection come September, but far too soon to make decisions just yet.
